How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your TopHer account and associated data, please send an email to:
Please include the following information:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - TopHer"
- Your registered email address OR User ID
(You can find your User ID in the app's Profile page)
We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Account information (email address, password)
- Display name
- AI girlfriend data (name, appearance, personality)
- AI-generated avatar images
- Purchase history records
Data Stored Locally
Chat messages are stored only on your device. To delete them, simply uninstall the app.
