B. Information Collected Automatically
To ensure proper functionality and improve user experience, we use Google Firebase Analytics to automatically collect the following data:
- Device information (e.g., model, OS version, language, IP address)
- Usage data (e.g., screen views, interactions, app open/close events, session duration)
- Crash logs and performance metrics
- Unique identifiers (e.g., Firebase Installation ID, Advertising ID if permitted by your device settings)
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Unless explicitly authorized by you, we do not:
- Collect personal identifiers such as real name, phone number, or email address
- Access your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or location
- Collect biometric data or other sensitive personal information
3. Face Data Processing
We only process user-uploaded photos for instant skin condition analysis. Photos are transmitted securely to our AI service provider (OpenAI) for processing and are deleted immediately after analysis. We do not perform any identity recognition or biometric matching. We do not store, share, or sell any facial images or related data.
4. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Supporting and optimizing app functionality
- Enhancing stability and improving user experience
- Analyzing usage trends and app performance through Firebase Analytics
- Processing feedback and technical support
- Complying with legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or cross-platform tracking.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Data may be stored locally on your device or securely hosted by trusted third-party service providers
- Analytics data is processed and stored by Google Firebase, subject to Google's privacy policy and data processing terms
- All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Access to data is strictly limited to authorized personnel under confidentiality obligations
6. User Rights and Controls
You have the right to:
- View and manage your data within the app
- Delete data or uninstall the app at any time
- Adjust permissions (e.g., notifications, camera access) through your device settings
If your data is stored on remote servers, you may request data export or deletion by contacting us.

We do not share your data with:

Google Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, collects usage and behavior data to help us improve our apps. Data collected by Firebase may include:

- Firebase Installation ID
- Advertising ID (if enabled on your device)
Firebase data is processed and stored by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Data Privacy documentation.
You can limit ad tracking or reset your Advertising ID through your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads.
9. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us to request data removal.
10. International Users
If you are located outside of our primary operating country, you understand and agree that your data may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
